When translated to English, the phrase loses its lyrical structure. I asked a Maldivian street artist friend of mine, who is quite famous in his circles, whether this is his work or whether he knows who is responsible for this graffiti. He said it’s not his doing and doesn’t know who’s behind it but suspects that there is an underground Liberal movement in Maldives.

2. Is ‘Nuthanavas kan’ (as in mental unease) correlated to thanavas kan (material wealth).
Yes, the phrase is thought-provoking. But juxtaposing the two seems like conflating two different thoughts that seem confusing
